If we have made an error in your order we will find a way to rectify it, but can not exchange books where you have made a mistake with your chosen books. For goods currently in stock we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1-2 working days and would expect delivery within 5-7 working days (to see estimated delivery times for Australia Post's regular parcel service please check the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html); however if goods are unavailable, delivery will take longer. We encourage you to confirm that we have stock of the books you wish to purchase. Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds are only offered for misbound or faulty books returned within 14 days. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Please email us at email@example.com within that time so we can resolve any problems.
